With This letter, we would like to inform you that the company INNOVIS PHARMA AEBE makes the withdrawal of certain batches of the pharmaceutical formulation IRBESARTAN HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE/ACTAVIS. The recall concerns Lot 150218 of the medicinal product IRBESARTAN HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE /ACTAVIS (150 + 12,5) mg with a graduation date of 04/2020 and Lot 263918 of the medicinal product IRBESARTAN HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE / ACTAVIS (300 + 25) mg with a graduation date of 06/2020 .
The reason for the recall is the detection of NDEA (a potential carcinogen) substance only in the above-mentioned batches at levels above the permitted limits.
Please direct the quantities you have purchased from SIFA RODOPIS and return them with the corresponding return ticket until 03-04-19.
